Product Replacement Policy
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a free replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the issue
- Include your order number
Once approved, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
Non-Eligible Situations
We do not offer replacements for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Incorrect use of the product
- Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the carrier directly.
